Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project will be for the construction of new sidewalks and driveway curb entrance for a parking lot located at 433 Second Avenue, Johnsonburg, PA Bid security must accompany bid and shall be made payable to the Elk County Board of Commissioners in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price and in the form of a certified bank check or bid bond issued by an acceptable surety and executed by the bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds, each in an amount of 100% of the contract price. A maintenance bond will also be required at the completion of the project. Bidders must submit with their bids the non-collusion affidavit contained in the contract documents. The Elk County Commissioners and Borough of Johnsonburg reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. Bids may be held by the Elk County Commissioners for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
