Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this Annual Contract. A contractor may obtain a Qualification Application for this Annual Contract by sending an email with the Project # in the subject line to: FDO-CID-Bids@pbc.gov or call (561) 233-0261. Qualification applications may also be downloaded from the Countys on-line Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system at website. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered.
