Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aldergrove, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
The purpose of this RSOQ is to select a Respondent or Respondents who may be invited to participate in the next stage of this competitive selection process, when called. The Aldergrove Community Centre Pool Finish Replacement project may include, but is not limited to: Providing all necessary labour, materials, tools, equipment, and all other services necessary for removing existing plaster finish, sand blasting smooth concrete surface underneath and applying new finishing layer. The first possible project is the resurfacing of one of the outdoor pools in 2025 pending councils' approval. The contractors must be able to complete all demolition related work during the twoweek annual shut-down scheduled on April 1st, 2025. The shortlisted respondents may be invited to participate in a competitive bidding process for future projects pertaining to other pools at this facility for the next 3 years.
