Artificial Turf Installation at Cherie Buckner Webb Park The map attached below shows a general outline of the grass footprint that we are wanting to have replaced with artificial turf at the Cherie Buckner-Webb Park location. There is approximately 8,500 square feet of turf. Desired turf type is Synblue 745. Please note that the brand of product(s) being specified is used only as a quality standard baseline to establish product grade, quality, and warranty. All products meeting or exceeding these standards will be considered with a submittal of an Equal or Equivalent Request. Please submit specifications, brochures, and marketing materials of the proposed products using the Equal or Equivalent Request Form attached to this question. The proposed product(s) must meet or exceed capability and capacity specifications of the listed models and specifications below. Scope of work: o Secure job site area and make safe daily o Removal and disposal of sod, dirt, debris o Install Geotextile fabric o Supply and Install base material at a depth of no less than 4" deep o Compact to 90% o Install artificial turf. Existing valve boxes must be left accessible o Ensure that turf is properly affixed to border material o Ensure that all seams are properly secured o Ensure that turf is properly stretched resulting in a safe wrinkle free product o Ensure that site is clean and debris free upon completion
