Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Star City, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

Installation of Generator In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
