Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date set for the opening of bids may not be answered. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the posting of the recommended award or as otherwise provided in Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the contract, may be required to furnish a 100% Public Construction Bond meeting the requirements of Section 255.05 Florida Statutes.
