No definite date for the rebid.** Equestrian Crossing Advance Flashers Project Bid Bond Yes Wellington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids/Proposals (in whole or in part) with or without cause, to waive any technicalities, irregularities or formalities, or to accept the bids/proposals which in its judgment best service Wellington. Scope of Work The intent of the bid is to enter into a construction agreement contract for the Equestrian Circulation Roadway Crossings. The project's updated components include flashing beacon light assembly, pavement markings and signage for horses, pedestrians and vehicular traffics are in compliance with the MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices and Construction Controls Devices), FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) and the Village of Wellington Engineering Design Manual and Construction Standards. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, expertise, permits, licenses, insurance, materials, equipment and tools to complete the project as per the contract documents. The contractor must also obtain an "engineering permit" from the Village of Wellington Engineering Department before the beginning of construction. Question Deadline 01/03/2025
