Project is still under evaluation. Bid for the removal and replacement of a canal crossing pressurized Irrigation line. The pipes that need to be replaced are at two locations both on the Utah Salt Lake Canal. The City would like to do both crossings; however the City reserves the right to only award one crossing, depending on the budget. Because of that price each location separately. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. The right is reserved to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid, in the interest of Riverton City. Riverton City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to more than one vendor for the same or similar items. Riverton City reserves the right for an option to renew or extend any contract that may arise from this Invitation for Bid, not to exceed four (4) renewals or extensions.
