A timeline for award has not yet been established.** City Hall Bathroom Remodel Project Questions of a technical nature regarding this project or the specifications should be directed to Craig Calvert at 801-208-3175. Bid to remodel six restrooms in City Hall, 12830 South Redwood Road. Work will include removing and replacing the tile on the walls and the floor and removing and replacing the vanity tops and sinks. The tile on the walls is to be porcelain "Ice Rectangle" tile, white color, 12" x 24" with Schluter edging. the tile on the floors is to be porcelain "Pietra Italia" tile, beige color, 24" x 48" with a 6" high base out of the same tile with Schluter edging. The vanity tops are to be quartz composite, Tofino RU119 color, 3/4" thick with a 6" back splash and 6" front face out of the same material mounted on existing brackets. Sinks are to be 18-1/2" x 13-3/4" rectangular, undermount, white porcelain. The work cannot be done all at the same time. It is anticipated that two restrooms (a set) will be done at the same time. The City will remove the fixtures (toilets, urinals, partitions, faucets and under sink plumbing) prior to construction and then will reinstall the fixtures after construction. It is anticipated that it will take the City threeweeks to re-install the fixtures and then remove the next set of fixtures. After that the contractor can move on to the next set of restrooms. Because of that the selected contractor must coordinate with the City on the construction schedule. The contractor's time to complete their part of the construction on a set of restrooms is seven (7) calendar days.
