The project consists of demolition of the existing Williams Dining Hall and new construction of approximately 10,000 sf of new building that will be connected to the existing building. The building will consist of dining space and kitchen facilities. This is a construction management at risk project. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project.
