The Project includes the following Work: This project will include electrical upgrades at seven (7) lift stations within the Greater Paw Paw Sanitary Boards collection system. Items being upgraded include automatic transfer switches, control panels, panel boards, generators, and all other items detailed in the Contract Documents and Drawings. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Greater Paw Paw Sanitary Board in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Work will be substantially completed within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 310 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. The Greater Paw Paw Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
