Renovation of an Existing Building and Future Home of the New West Bell County Service Complex The Project Includes the Following Work: Central Counties Services (Ccs) Renovation Project Includes Construction Services and Project Close Out for the Renovation of an Existing Building and Future Home of the New West Bell County Service Complex Located at 1011 Wales Drive in Killeen, Texas. The Anticipated Scope Consists of the Demolition and Reconstruction of Specific Existing Offices, Restrooms and Other Interior Spaces to Accommodate Ccs Departments. The Floor Area Included in This Rfp is Approximately 14,879 Square Feet. The Owner Intends to Install New Lighting and New Hvac Throughout the Entire Building. Project Construction Has an Expected Duration of 270 Days. Central Counties Services, Bell County, Texas, Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Waive Any Informalities, or to Make an Award to Other Than the Low Bidder. It Further Reserves the Right to Limit the Amount of the Award. Attention of the Bidders is Particularly Directed to the Requirements of the Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. Central Counties Services Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Handicapped Status in Admission or Access to, or Treatment or Employment in, Its Programs and Activities. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents.
