Brookside Library Signage Bid Package The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (as amended). A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference.
