Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes removal of approximately 10,224 Syd of HMA surface and replacement with 1,874 tons of HMA surface at 3 locations within 1/2 mile proximity of one another for a total of 0.60 miles. One location also includes 181 of 12 inch storm sewer; 9 drainage structure replacements and 970 feet of concrete curb and gutter. The project also includes traffic control devices. A BID BOND in the amount of 5% of total Bid Amount shall be included with the BID. BID BONDS shall be supplied through a company that is licensed to do business in the State of Michigan on a form that is consistent with the industry standard of practice. It is anticipated that the Greenville City Council will consider approving BIDS on February 21, 2023. It is intended that all work shall continuously progress toward completion once begun except as hindered by weather conditions. Work shall be completed by June 30, 2025 or subject to Liquidated Damages as defined below. The CITY OF GREENVILLE reserves the right to accept to reject any or all BIDS for sound, documentable business reasons. The competency and responsibility of BIDDERS will be considered in awarding CONTRACTS. The CITY OF GREENVILLE does not obligate itself to accept the lowest or any other bid. The CITY OF GREENVILLE reserves the right to waive any informality or minor defects in any or all bids.
