Renovation of a detention facility in Alto, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The purpose of this solicitation is to Furnish, Removal, and Installation of 4 (four) new HVAC split units with gas furnaces. All units will need to have ceiling mounted equipment removed and new installed as well. All new equipment must be same SEER or equivalent and must be able to fit into spaces of existing equipment without major remodel of area. All replacement equipment will also need to be just as or better quality as existing units. Units will need to be sized per square footage of areas. All proposed units must be compatible with existing utilities or suppler must be responsible for making any necessary adjustments as part of their bid proposal. All units have Air Handler with Coil located inside the Ceiling. Any applicable delivery fee must be included in the price. The work will take place at the following location: Lee Arrendale State Prison Training Center 430 Wright Street Alto, GA 30510
