The Town of Everton, Arkansas is requesting the professional services of an engineer or landscape architect licensed in the State of Arkansas for providing a site development plan, construction details, cost determinations, oversee any required bidding and construction of a FUN Park Grant project located in the Town of Everton, and review and/or approve contractor payment requests. The maximum amount of funds available for an engineering contract may not exceed the standard percentage of construction costs used by the funding source administration guidelines. The application is due in August 2025. Payment will be made only through the grant if the application is successful. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all responses.
