Reference Number 0000369365 Delivery Point: ROTARY PARK, 32300 SIX MILE RD., LIVONIA, MI 48154 The City of Livonia Parks and Recreation Department is seeking sealed bid proposals from licensed, insured, contractors for the repair of cracks on (6) Tennis Courts at Rotary Park. Question Deadline 12/09/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions regarding the Request for Bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager, via email at: gkandah@livonia.gov. will be responded to in writing in the form of an addendum which will be posted on the online. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Manager. 1) Repair Cracks, Color Coat and Restripe six (6) tennis courts total (approximately 36,700 sq. ft.). 2) Power wash the entire tennis court surfaces. 3) Fill approximately 1930 linear feet of cracks with acrylic filler and level court low spots. 4) Apply Riteway Crack Repair or alternative system to approximately 1,930 liner feet. 5) Apply one coat of acrylic resurface to the entire tennis court surfacing. 6) Apply Acrylic patch binder to areas in courts where the old color coating has peeled to help blend the surfaces. 7) Apply two coats of acrylic color to the entire tennis coat surfacing. 8) To stripe six tennis courts with masked 2" white lines, per U.S.T.A. standards. 9) The contractor/bidder is to verify all measurements at the job site before submitting a bid. 10)All Work must be completed before May 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so.
