All questions received will be responded to in writing in the form of an addendum which will be posted on the online. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Manager. Questions contact Emily Tchorz-Fielder (248) 477-7375 or etchorz@livonia.gov Project Completion Date: No later than July 30, 2025 Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, as security for the acceptance of the contract. A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company may be furnished. The City reserves the right to reject in or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so.
