Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The school district is building two new Pre-K schools that will be co-located at Norge Elementary School and Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School. They are calling them Bright Beginnings North and Bright Beginnings South. These are each 42,000 sq ft free-standing buildings. They expect to put these out for bid in March/April 2025 and are hoping to have construction completed quickly, by August of 2026. They are undecided if the two buildings will be bid together or separately. As of January 14, 2026, this project is underway.
