Construct an approx. 3,800 sq. ft. police station using design and specifications provided by Alba Architects, using employees and sub-contractors as necessary to see project to completion. The Town of Tuftonboro, NH reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, and award based on the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. The Town reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal for any reason without any liability to any proponent or to waive irregularities at their own discretion.
