The proposed structure will be in the same location, with slope and elevations similar to the existing condition. The proposed structure will have precast concrete headwalls and wingwalls. The project will also re-align Willow Ave to decrease its skew intersection with NH 109A. There will be minor widening of the roadway within the guardrail length. Other work involves removal of a stone retaining wall to allow for guardrail post driving, and other minor drainage improvements.
