OMH Central New York PC Westover Building 5 Window & HVAC Replacement & Associated HAZMAT Abatement The project consists of the replacement of windows and HVAC system at Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC) Westover Building No. 5. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, hazmat abatement, removal of existing windows, selective demolition, installation of new windows, framing, drywall, painting and new HVAC system and controls. HVAC Contract (CR11) estimated at $1,200,000 to $1,500,000.
