Site work and paving for a civil project in Marcy, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes the Contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to install a cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining for approximately 5300 linear feet of existing 8-inch concrete lined cast-iron watermain along Kennedy Road in the Town of Marcy. Prior to the installation of the CIPP, the Contractor will clean and inspect the pipe. The project will require continued domestic and fire service throughout the duration of the work. Currently there are approximately 34 domestic service taps along Kennedy Road. The Contractor will reinstate all services, hydrants and valves upon completion of liner curing. All subsequent work involved in the project including but not limited to; bypass flowing, traffic control, compaction, excavation backfill, site restoration including topsoil/seed, pavement, concrete, etc.; coordination; and service replacement tracking/documentation as shown and described in the Contract Documents will be the responsibility of the Contractor.
