Questions and answers will be accumulated by August 21, 2025. NYS Office of Mental Health and sent to all potential bidders The New York State Office of Mental Health is looking for quotes to repair roofing at our Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy NY 13403. The scope of these repairs Include: A. Cottages: Minor roof repairs on 3 separate shingled residential roofs. B. Directors Cottage: Abatement of asbestos containing tar/mastic roofing material in spots on 1 residential roof Removal repair to subsurface, addition of moisture barrier and replacement of existing roof with 30 year shingles. C. Proper disposal of ACM and removal of debris for all cottages listed above. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 9/1/2025-03/31/2026
