The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) contractors to perform sidewalk excavation, paving and repair work at the Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY. The work includes excavation, replacement, and repair of sidewalk and surrounding areas in several areas on the campus. These areas include Cottage Lane/Mason Street sidewalks, Bigelow Drive Main Entrance, and Mason Street. All work is to be completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
