The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified contractors to perform a boiler replacement at the Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403 Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday October 9th, 2025. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday October 16th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.
