Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bluffdale, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bluffdale is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS from contractors that would like to pre-qualify to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager / General Contractor for the Bluffdale Pedestrian Overpass Project. The Project scope is to replace an unsafe private at-grade crossing with a new pedestrian overpass built using prefabricated steel trusses that includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible ramps for bicycles, pedestrians, and other non-vehicular traffic and solar-powered energy efficient lighting. The project scope will also include strengthening the fencing and other facilities at the current at-grade crossing to prevent trespassing Question Deadline 12/12/2024 at 1:00 PM MT Do not contact the City of Bluffdale directly with questions.
