Pump Station #2 & Pump Station #3 VFD Improvements Estimate: $5,300,000 Question Deadline 12/13/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions is online. Scope 1. Demolition of three exisiting Allen-Bradley VFDs and two WEG VFDs at Pump Station #2. and installation of new VFDs. 2. Demolition of five existing Allen-Bradley VFDs at Pump Station #3 and installation of new VFDs. 3. Installation of new conductors within existing conduits to reconnect the new VFDs to switchboard SWBD-201, replacement of existing switchgear with circuit breakers CB-101 and CB-201 with a new single entrance rated, NEMA 1 switchgear equipped with a NEMA 3R drop-over enclosure and an integrated main breaker at PS2, replacement of controls conductors from each VFD to the existing remote terminal unit RTU-201, and replacement of conductors from each VFD to its corresponding pump. 4. Installation of new conductors within existing conduits to reconnect the new VFDs to switchboard SWBD-301, replacement of controls conductors from each VFD to the existing remote terminat unit RTU-301, and replacement of controls conductors from each VFD to it's corresponding pump. 5. Site electrical improvements to support items above including duct banks, transformers, and control systems.
