The City of Des Moines is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Mowing, Trimming and Litter Removal Services for several locations per the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Bid document. These locations include, but are limited to Real Estate Properties and Selected Right-of-Ways. These specifications apply to those items necessary for and incidental to the execution and completion of mowing, trimming and litter removal services as indicated herein. Upon issuance of contract award, the Contractor(s) shall attend a mandatory meeting with the City to prepare for the mowing season. This meeting will allow the City and the Contractor(s) to discuss any questions, and review the contract requirements. Faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered responses will not be accepted.
