There will be one contract for the work, Contract A. The work for Contract A will consist of the following; General Site Grading and Earthwork, Erosion Control and materials, Excavate/Re-compact, Surveying as required, Geotechnical Consultant, new 15'' Pipe and tie-in, crushed stone Parking Lot and various other appurtenances. Each BIDDER must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Additionally, Bidder shall submit with their Bid a 'Certificate of Incumbency' if they are incorporated and shall submit those appropriate documents listed in the Information for Bidders.
