Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Viper, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 19th, 2025, Contract A is awarded to Allen Construction in the amount of $245,000.00 and for Contract B is awarded to Miracle Recreation in the amount of $119,956.00 with a total awarded bid amount of $364,956.00.** There will be two contracts for the work, Contract A Basketball Court and Shelter) &Contract B(Playground). The work for Contract A will consist of the construction of the Basketball Court, Shelter with lighting and electrical connections as detailed and sidewalk and concrete work as detailed on the plans. Contract B will construct the playground area with the equipment shown on the plans including any excavation and material disposal needed for the playground. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
