Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of February 28th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March.** The scope of work for this project is identified in the City's Water System Master Plan (2019) as project W-22. It is intended to improve the fire flow in the vicinity of the project corridor on North Bay Road (between 41st Street and 43rd Street), including Mount Sinai Hospital. The work includes the installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of water main, up to 16 inches in diameter. Question Deadline 12/19/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions must be directed to nataliadelgado@miamibeachfl.gov, with a copy sent to the City Clerk rafaelgranado@miamibeachfl.gov. The Work to be performed under the resulting Contract shall consist of furnishing all equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and the performance of all labor, work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
