500 Ballroom Renovation Question Deadline 12/17/2024 Deadline for Submittal of Questions (4 Days Before Bid Deadline) Any Bidder having questions regarding, or requiring clarification or interpretation of, the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall be delivered to the Construction Manager, Design Professional and Owner at least four days prior to the date for submittal of Bids. Bids shall remain valid for at least sixty (60) days following the Bid Opening (Bid Period). If the Owner awards a contract during the Bid Period, the selected Bidder shall promptly execute the contract and otherwise proceed in accordance with and subject to the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The selected Bidder will enter into a contract directly with the Owner.
