Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Alexander City, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.

The Contractor is to provide all tools and labor necessary to install a new Generac backup generator. The Alexander City Housing Authority (hereinafter, "HA" or "ACHA") is a public entity that was formed to provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families, within Alexander City, Alabama. The HA is headed by an Executive Director (ED) and is governed by a five-person board of commissioners and is subject to the requirements of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (hereinafter, "CFR") and the HA's procurement policy. ACHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to take exception to these RFP specifications or to waive any formalities. Respondents may be excluded from further considerations for failure to comply with the specifications of this RFP During the period between issuance of this RFP and the proposal due date, no oral interpretation of the RFP's requirements will be given to any prospective respondent.
