The Work of the project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, interior renovations, exterior renovations and improvements to electrical and mechanical and plumbing systems, coordination and supervision of the entire project,and all related work, as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents. The project will involve renovating the existing library building (two story,approximately 27,000 s.f.) and changing the use into a teaching building. A new floor structure will be added in existing two-story spaces. The building systems (HVAC and Electrical) will be replaced. New classrooms, offices, and labs will be constructed. Includes coordination and supervision of the entire project, and all relatedwork, as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents. Other sets for general contractors,and sets for subs and dealers,may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing,reproduction, handling and distribution, which is estimated to be the same as the deposit amount. Partial sets will not be available.
