The Town of Oxford Board of Education Central Office (hereinafter referred to as the Board), is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC general contractors (the Bidders) to remove the existing heating, ventilation and building management systems at the Quaker Farms School (QFS @ 30 Great Oak Road, Oxford Ct. 06478) and install replacement equipment based on an engineered design and equipment specification included in Appendix A of this RFP. All work must be completed between the Award Date and December 31, 2025. The following summarizes construction site availability for the project period. 1.
