Scope of Work: Due to growth, the City of Buckeye intends to upsize the size of the existing fuel tank at Fire Station 703. Due to the location of the site to a new City Hall East at the Landing, this site is experiencing increased fuel consumption. The proposed tank is to be 8,000 gallons. Bids shall include all labor, materials, permits, testing, sensors, and equipment for a complete system. The new 8,000-gallon tank is planned to be installed on the existing pad. Location of the Project: Fire Station 703 2582 N Verrado Way., Buckeye, Arizona 85326. Questions Due Date: Dec 30th 2024, 3:00 PM MST Online Portal they shall be completed in Fourteen (14) calendar days as to not keep the site down for an extended period of time. The entire project shall be completed in One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from the Notice To Proceed. The Bidder is required to email a certified or cashiers check, upon a solvent bank, or a surety bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid made payable to the City of Buckeye. furnish to the City with a fully executed Contract a satisfactory performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the Bid, that failure to do so will result in the deduction of Four Hundred Thirty Dollars and Zero Cents ($430.00) The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids,
