Site work and paving for a road / highway in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposed Work Consists of Full Depth Milling of the Existing Asphalt Pavement and Replacing With Five Inches New Asphalt Pavement (1.5 Inches Pmtr of 1/2 Inch Superpave for Low Traffic on 3.5 Inches of 3/4 Inch Superpave for High Traffic) on Existing Aggregate Base. Re-grading Existing Aggregate Base, Proof Rolling, Installation of Pavement Markings, Dispose of Millings at Two Stockpile Locations and Other Miscellaneous Work is Included in This Project. The Project Length is Approximately 2.0 Miles. All Construction Work on This Contract is to Be Completed Within 90 Calendar Days Beginning With the Date Specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and Following the Contract Time Allowed for Construction Work Are 120 Calendar Days for Internal Administrative Purposes Thereby Resulting in a Total Contract Performance Period of 210 Calendar Days. No Pre-bid Conference Has Been Scheduled Under This Procurement. Bid security percent:10% Question Deadline 01/07/2025 at 5:00 PM MT
