The City of Buckeye (the "City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this "RFQ") to qualified consultants ("Consultant(s)") to provide Design Services for Central Wastewater Reclamation Facility Expansion. Professional Services for this contract will include, but are not limited to, evaluation of the existing facility, cost benefits analysis of proposed improvements, and recommendations. Preliminary design (15%) and rough order of magnitude cost estimate will be requested upon completing the Design Concept Report. The City is likely to use a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction services to work with the consulting firm to make needed improvements in phases due to budget constraints.
