Demolition and site work for a residential development in Derby, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of November 5, 2025, this project has been cancelled. The City of Derby, Connecticut, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of the property located at 3 Francis Street. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from contractors who have the experience, capability, and resources to perform the demolition work in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. Scope of Work The s cope of work includes , but is not limited to: Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals . Demolition of the existing structure at 3 Francis Street. Removal and proper disposal of all debris . Site grading and stabilization. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations .
