Any questions contact Wayne Goodwin, wgoodwin@pineywoods.org Project Description: This project entails the provision of all necessary materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of a Two (2) Commercial (1.5) ton cooling and Electric heating System; Two Commercial (2) ton cooling and Gas Heating System and One Commercial (5) ton Gas Package System including the installation of the gas service to furnace, new flu piping connection/adapter, electric whip and disconnect, four (4) sensi Wi-Fi digital thermostat, foundation, refrigerant renovation, carbon monoxide test, with a complete system calibration and efficiency test. A five (5) year warranty on the compressor and condenser coil,(20) year warranty on heat exchanger, (10) year warranty evaporator coil and (1) year all parts and oilfc.--A-11 1, ork must be performed in compliance with applicable local regulations and industry standards. or additioryi questions or clarifications, please refer to the contact information provided above.
