Sealed bids are requested for all work required by the contract documents for the McLaurin High School Artificial Turf Field project for the Rankin County School District. Single stipulated sum bids are required. Bid documents, consisting of plans and specifications, must be obtained through the specified website in either original paper copy or digital CD format. All plan holders must register at the provided site. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name, bid number, and bidder's company information, including all relevant licenses. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate using the provided forms and accompanied by proposal security of at least 5% of the base bid, in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. Bids must comply with all relevant Mississippi statutes. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and postpone the final decision for up to ninety days.
