19-E-8043 Erlich Road Box Culvert Sealed bids are being accepted for the construction of the Erlich Road Bridge Replacement project in Rankin County, MS. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis. Copies of the plans, specifications, and other bidding documents are available for inspection at the office of the Engineer and can be obtained through Plan House Printing after registering at www.engserviceplans.com. Bidders must provide bid security and comply with the requirements outlined in Document 00 21 16 - Instructions to Bidders. Bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. The Project consists of the clearing and grubbing approximately 1 acre of newly acquired road right of way, removal of an existing precast bridge SA61-013 (1@31'), construction of a 14'x8' box culvert (15 skew 45' barrel length), removal of 1105 SY of existing asphalt, construction of .08 miles of bypass road, and the reconstruction of .09 miles of asphalt roadway. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
