Shadyside 40th Street Water Tank Slip Repair An Ohio Public Works Commission Funded Project Completion Date: 4/1/2025 The project consists of placing two soldier pile walls and a new foundation ring wall at the site of the water tower on the corner of W 40th Street and Monroe Avenue along with new stormwater drainage. Domestic Steel Use Requirements as Specified in Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Apply to This Project. Copies of Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Can Be Obtained From the Office of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. The Village of Shadyside reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will be evaluated, and winner will be selected in accordance with Resolution 749 of the Village of Shadyside for determining the lowest and best bid.
