TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with Prime Consultant and Architectural Services (the "Deliverables") for the supportive housing located in the Interior Region of BC has closed. The following are some of the key elements of the Deliverables: Prime Consultant and Architectural Services including sub-consultants' services to design a 3-4 storey housing with 12-16 apartment style units. Proponents shall provide the services. The Prime Consultant will be responsible for all Payment Certifier duties and the necessary professional certification throughout the entire construction period. Proponents should ensure that they propose a strong, experienced well-balanced project team that includes sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake all aspects of the project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and quality deliverables ensuring that design, specifications, and drawings meet the requirements of BC Housing Design Guidelines and Construction Standards, BC Housing Design Guidelines for Women's Safe Homes, Transition Houses, Second Stage Housing and Long-term Rental Housing, BC Housing Commissioning Guidelines, and the program requirements of the future building Operator.
