Blackhawk Technical College has unveiled its new Public Safety & Transportation Complex which houses our Law Enforcement Academy and newly designed shooting range. The Primary intent of this RFB is to enter into a contract with an experienced contractor capable of the demolition, removal and disposal of the old shooting range equipment and lead abatement located at 6004 S. County Road G, Janesville, WI 53546. Decommissioning and Removal of Shooting Range All Proposer requests for clarification or interpretation must be received in writing by the individual indicated below, on or before December 2,2024 by 12:00 PM CST. Responses to Proposer questions will be supplied via email addenda on or before December 6, 2024.
