Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract with ten (10) calendar days after they receive the written "Notice to Proceed" of the City and to fully complete the project within Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. The City reserves the right to increase or diminish quantities as reasonably necessary or desirable.
