This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the TSS Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) for the Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission (AOGC or Commission) to establish a list of Qualified Vendors to provide Well Plugging Services. Deadline for Prospective Contractor Questions November 26, 2024 Answers to Questions Posted to electronic * November 29, 2024 The anticipated starting date for any resulting QVL is February 1, 2025 Award Contract* February 1, 2025 The initial term of a resulting QVL will be for four (4) years. Upon mutual agreement by the Contractor and Department, the QVL may be renewed by AOGC for up to three (3) additional one-year terms or portions thereof, not to exceed a total aggregate term of seven (7) consecutive years.
