Site work and new construction of a residential development in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a six-unit, 24-bed residential development; for site work for a residential development; and 2,100-square-foot residential development.

HUD-Indian Housing Block Grant (Award # 24ICOK32860) Contractor will be required to utilize tribal TERO in hiring local Indian laborers, and report hours and wages with each progress payment. Contractor will make all reasonable attempts to hire minority contractors, Indian-owned or women- and veteran-owned businesses for at least 5% of subcontracting opportunities NEW HOUSING CONSTRUCTION Project Location: 214, 216, 218, 219, 220 and 221 Stephenson Street, Iscani Subdivision, Anadarko, OK 73005 The Wichita Housing Authority proposes building six 4-bedroom homes for a total of 6 rental units of new housing. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply. This project is federally funded by a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Indian Housing Block Grant. The project will be inspected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Tulsa District. The Corps will also review pay applications for the Wichita Housing Authority s recommendation to pay. Owner requires a fulltime site superintendent during construction. A 100% payment and 100% performance bond will be required at the time of contracting at 30% design. This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 USC 1701u); 24 CFR part 135 and Title I of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996, as amended, (25 U.S.C. 4101 et seq.); and the Indian Housing Block Grant program regulations at 24 CFR 1000. These regulations will be incorporated into all contracts and sub-contracts. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply to this HUD program. Contractor will be required to utilize tribal TERO in hiring local Indian laborers , and report hours and wages with each progress payment. This is a Request for Qualifications only. There is no site showing. No additional questions will be taken at this time. The Owner reserves the right to select a D-B team with or without conducting interviews. Once a Design-Build team is selected, the general contractor and architect will be asked to provide a 30% design and Guaranteed Maximum Price at their own risk prior to contracting.
