Kimballs Mills Road over West Branch of the Oswegatchie River The Project includes the following Work: Remove and replace the existing steel bridge superstructure and wood deck with prestressed concrete box beam superstructure and asphalt wear surface, to include miscellaneous earthwork, clearing and grubbing, and pavements; new bridge and guide rails; modification of existing wingwalls, bridge seats, and cheek walls to accept new structure; and restoration of project site and adjacent areas. Bidders are advised that the Owner will be furnishing the prestressed concrete box beams, bearing pads, and stainless steel drip edges. Delivery of these elements to the site is anticipated by July 23, 2025. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
